Massage Therapy: Massage
is a hands-on manipulative therapy to help break down scaring and muscle limitations
to increase range of motion and flexibility, and to promote better functioning
of the body systems (such as the lymphatic, circulatory, and digestive systems).
Massages works with the soft tissue of the body including muscles, tendons, and
ligaments. Treatments are hands-on and are based on the Swedish massage techniques.
Reiki Energy Treatments:
Energy treatments work with the intention of supporting the client to help them
direct and re-align balance in their body at the various levels of being. Reiki
strives to find the ideal state of perfect health for the individual at that particular
time and place. Treatments do not include a soft-tissue manipulation. Treatments
can be hands-on or hands-off.
Stone and Colour Treatments: Health
and well-being can be maintained with the proper use of stones and colour. Every
stone and colour has its own vibration and energy, and with the proper use can
establish healthful equilibriums in individuals. What Treatments Can Offer To
